Today, a customer reported that the SDI to Ethernet stream output video encoder board he received does not support 1080i25 and 1080i30.

Certainly, our SDI high-definition video input to network RJ45 output video encoder board supports 1080i50 or 1080i60. However, I am uncertain about video inputs with lower resolutions. The engineer examined the specifications of the SDI conversion chip and discovered that it does not support 1080i25 or 1080i30.

The first method is to connect your video source to a standard monitor and check if the current input video format is displayed in the upper left corner of the monitor.

The second method is to open the configuration webpage of our video encoder board in the browser. The default IP address is 192.168.1.30. On the video tab page, you can check whether the detected input video is HDMI or AHD, as well as the pixel format.
