The engineer examined the specifications of the SDI conversion chip and discovered that it does not support 1080i25 or 1080i30.
When you are unsure if our SDI video input encoder board supports your input video format, there are two ways to determine compatibility. The first method is to connect your video source to a standard monitor and check if the current input video format is displayed in the upper left corner of the monitor.
The second method is to open the configuration webpage of our video encoder board in the browser. The default IP address is 192.168.1.30. On the video tab page, you can check whether the detected input video is HDMI or AHD, as well as the pixel format.
