1. What should I do when I found one Tx module doesn't generate RF output power?
- Question1: Could you please tell me part number of this component, we try to find localy and check. Answer 1: It is a inductance named LOH32PN2R2NNC.
- Suggest Check Points: If the power supply current of the board is well but there is no RF output, maybe the below component TC1-1-13MX+ is generally damaged.
- In order to avoid damage to this device during transportation (the device itself is relatively high), we ordered red glue protection for this device when we shipped it.
- The engineer also suggests that you check to see if the cable is loose or in poor contact.
- Please try to replace the FPC cable connecting the two boards
- We can provide spare parts if you're sure which one.

3. How does this COFDM Video transmitter and receiver support an IP camera?
1. It is not easy to connect to IPC for a one-way COFDM link. We have an H264 model, which is connected to IPC input by expanding the network port, but there are requirements for IPC models (not all models of IPC can be well connected with COFDM links), we have tested the IPCs of Hikvision, Dahua, and Xiongmai, and found that the connection effect of Hikvision is quite ideal.
2. It is impossible to directly remove the HDMI CVBS encoder and connect the IP Camera to the COFDM Transmitter board. One-way COFDM connection to IPC requires special technical methods to realize.
3. The best way is to recommend using our two-way image transmission transceiver, which directly supports the IP camera.
4. If the customer must use the COFDM transmitter board to support the IP camera, there are two points to pay attention to.
5. The first point is a technical problem. We need to use an alternative method to allow unidirectional COFDM links to be used with IPC.
6.If you consider IPC from the perspective of cost reduction, you don't need to consider it. Because the encoding board and decoding board are still necessary, the cost cannot be saved.
7. The second point is the customer's usage habit, which is no longer the traditional two-way link method. They can view the IP Camera Video and even control the PTZ of the IP Camera via the web page or PC-side PC software (UART AT commands).
8. Because of this model wireless link is a COFDM one-way link; there is no reverse data (only one-way transmission; data cannot be transmitted from the receiver to the transmitter); the customer can only watch the video of the IP Camera and cannot reversely configure the IP Camera's parameters or control the PTZ of the IPCamera.
9. This is a problem that many customers overlooked at first and later complained about after using it.
10. So we don't recommend that the client choose a one-way COFDM transmitter and receiver for the IP camera. We have a better solution for the IP Camera via two video link transceivers.
4. Could you please give me the Required C/N (BER=2x10-4 after Viterbi) for different the bandwidths 2, 4, 6, and 8 Mhz of HDMI video link we use?

1. At present, the receiver only provides two parameters of signal strength and bit error rate, and there is no C/N parameter
2. What parameters do you need to adjust according to different bandwidths? If it is a video code stream, the transmitter encoding board itself will automatically calculate the appropriate video stream code rate according to the currently used wireless parameters (bandwidth, GI, CR, etc.), and the video code rate will be found after changing the bandwidth with the parameter board will automatically adapt.
3. Question, If our camera quality is good enough for both 4 MHz and 8 MHz bandwidth. In this case, Should the customer choose 4 MHz or 8 MHz?
Answer: Our one-way COFDM shipments use 4Mz wireless bandwidth by default, corresponding to a video bit rate of 3.12Mbps, which is enough for 1080p; If changed to 8MHz wireless bandwidth under the same conditions, the video bit rate doubles to 6.24Mbps. All customers can choose between wireless bandwidth 4MHz and 8MHz, even 6MHz can also be considered.
4. Question: Which is better for this tx+rx set from a receive sensitivity view?
Answer: For wireless links, it can be simply considered that the receiving sensitivity will be higher at lower wireless bandwidths. From the perspective of receiving sensitivity, 4MHz>6MHz>8MHz

7. Could send me a data measurement of sensitivity for 4/6/8 MHz cases? For example, for QPSK, 1/2CR, 1/32GI what threshold reception RX's input level (dBm)?
Single channel receiving sensitivity:
-97+/-1dbm at QPSK 8MHz,
-98+/-1dbm at QPSK 6MHZ,
Sensitivity increased by 3dbm when receiving with dual antennas
9. Where can I download the UDP player? We recommend Splayer_v4.2_2020.6.6 which we use frequently.
The receiver default firmware supports RTSP player, some clients prefer UDP player, which we also can offer, then RTSP player doesn't support. （RTSP and UDP can only choose one of the two firmware）
