This video encoder device implements H.265/H.264 video encoding and audio codec, the stream will output via Ethernet after encoding. One channel uart data can also be packed with the stream and output to the Ethernet. The video encoding bitrates is controlled via web UI.
This device is compact in size and suitable for real-time live video monitor via wireless link or Ethernet. We have two options:

Video and audio input
SMA female connector for SDI HD video input, 4PIN ZH1.5mm connector for AHD input. The AHD input is AV-compatible. SDI input model supports one-channel video input and encoding with default firmware. The system will auto-detect the input video after system start-up. When SDI video and AHD video are connected in, the SDI input or the specified input (via Web UI) is the priority. The SDI input model can also support both SDI input and AHD input and encode two-channel videos simultaneously with specified firmware.

Data UART
3PIN ZH1.5mm connector, RS232 by default (can be modified to TTL3.3V before ship out). This UART data will be packed with the video stream and output to the Ethernet. When this device module works paired with our decoder module and Ethernet linker (wireless or wired), the data to this UART will be transferred to the data UART of our decoder module.
SPK interface
2PIN ZH1.5mm connector. When this encoder is paired with our video decoder module, this device system is capable of decoding the audio stream from our video decoder module which is received via an Ethernet port with a wired or wireless connection, and the audio will output to a speaker. This interface is used for connecting the speaker. It can drive a 1W speaker directly.

Encoder and Latency (Delay)
H265
This encoding board is matched with our H265 decoding board and wireless transmission link, and the video delay is about 200~250ms.
H264
This encoding board can be configured for ultra-low-latency H264 encoding mode (via the network port Web method or serial port configuration). With our corresponding decoding board and wireless transmission link, the delay of 1080P high-definition video (1080P) is within 130ms, and AV SD video latency is within 100ms.

- Yes, the AHD video input interface supports AHD or CVBS input both.
- AHD video input interface is also compatible with AV ( audio + video).
- It supports 1080P30, 1080P25, 720P30, 720P25,..., 720x480 60I (NTSC), 720x576 50I (PAL), mode adaptive.
- When inputting audio through the AHD interface, it can be Line in or Mic in.
- At present, our encoding board (1731)supports simultaneous encoding of SDI + AHD and SDI + CVBS two-channel video, and outputs two independent video streams at the same time.
- Another encoding board (1746) supports simultaneous encoding of HDMI + CVBS two-channel video, and outputs two independent video streams at the same time. (demo video on YouTube)
- If you need to encode two channels of SDI or two channels of CVBS at the same time, you need to use a splicing board to splice the two recorded videos into one video, and then convert it into a network video stream (ethernet output) through our encoder board.

- Please indicate on the part number diagram where the voltage you measured is abnormal (if you have other good boards, you can compare them)
- If you also have an engineer who can understand the schematic diagram, only you can lock in the position where the voltage is abnormal. I can send you a schematic diagram clip for further confirmation.
- The encoder board and the transmitter board are powered in parallel. Please record a short video so that we can see the LED light of the transmitter board when the power is on, so that we can make a judgment.
