FAQ
Q: Can this video sender model transmit in HD quality?
A: This video sender supports the following input formats: CVBS (NTSC/PAL), AHD 720P, and AHD 1080P.
-
CVBS (analog):
-
PAL: 720 × 576
-
NTSC: 720 × 480
-
-
AHD (digital HD):
-
720P: 1280 × 720
-
1080P: 1920 × 1080
-
So, while CVBS is standard-definition (SD), AHD input can be transmitted in full HD.
Q: Why can I work with a CVBS AV camera successfully, but not an AHD camera?
A: This transmitter supports AV (CVBS), AHD 720P, and AHD 1080P signals. It automatically detects the video signal when powered on.
-
Important points:
-
Make sure the camera is connected before turning on the transmitter.
-
The transmitter detects the input type at the moment of power-on.
-
The video signal must be present during power-on for proper recognition.
-
Tip: Standard AV cameras usually work immediately because CVBS is always recognized. For AHD cameras, ensure the signal is connected before powering on, otherwise detection may fail.
Q: Does this product support RTSP streaming out-of-the-box?
A: No, it is designed to work with our official apps. Custom integration requires pre-order disclosure.
Q: Can I get the SDK or source code?
A: No, SDK/source code is not provide
Q: The previous version supported RTSP streaming, but the new version no longer provides it. What should I do if I still need RTSP output?
A: If you require CVBS (analog) video input with RTSP streaming over Wi-Fi, we recommend using an alternative product:
