It should be a file named *.bin, copy it to your USB stick root directory, then the tv box will show you the USB device is inserted, and press the menu on the remote, choose the system page, information, it will show you currently Software Version and Hardware Version, it is better to take a picture as backup, maybe you can recover the system back if upgrade wrong. The tv box factory also knows what version of the tv box you have before upgrading.
Then choose Software Update, USB upgrade. The screen will show you the upgrade file on your USB disk, If the upgrade file is correct, then press OK to confirm, that the upgrade started. Upgrade processing needs 2~3 minutes, please wait patiently, and don’t lose the power, otherwise, the tv box will lose the file and dysfunctional.
At 28% the upgrade needs a long time, please wait, no need for other action. After upgrading successfully, the tv box will restart automatically. It is better to submit Restore Factory Default. Press the MENU on the remote control and choose the System page, choose Restore Factory Default, the password is 000000.
