The CVBS over IP encoder module and the 4G SIM & Wi-Fi module are two independent boards, each with its own configuration interface.

A: Yes, you can disable the Wi-Fi function.
Please follow the steps below:

Q: Why does my AV-to-IP encoder work on Wi-Fi but not over 4G?
A: Because your original AV-to-IP encoder board was designed for LAN use. After adding the 4G/Wi-Fi module, the encoder must be configured with a P2P server so the R380 APP can locate the device over mobile internet. To fix this, use the IP Search Tool to set the P2P Server URL (https://connect.peergine.com/), enter the unique User ID and password we provide, click “Setup” to save, and let the encoder reboot. After reboot, use IP Search to confirm the settings. Once P2P is correctly configured, the R380 APP will work normally over 4G. Please read the details at the link below.
