- For the sake of safety, you cannot use larger insurance without authorization. The standard insurance on the dedicated line should be 15A.
- For 20PIN special wires, the diameter of the power supply wire is not less than 16AWG of American Standard, and the diameter of the power amplifier output wire is not less than 20AWG of American Standard.
- This product is only suitable for use in automotive 12V power supply systems.
- The power cord cannot be reversed, otherwise, it will not work.
- When the DSP amplifier is connected to a power supply environment exceeding 18V, it will automatically mute and remain in standby mode, which complies with the national standard GB/T28046.2-2011. When there is no sound output after the power amplifier is turned on, please check whether the power supply voltage exceeds the usage requirements.
- Transient suppression P5 standard, according to GB/T21437.2-2008 requirements, the default is P5a, 87V/100ms/8Ω standard implementation. If the generator voltage regulator of the car is damaged and exceeds the range of transient suppression, the product may be damaged.
- The power amplifier of this product only supports loads above 4Ω. If the impedance of the 6.5-inch full-range speaker is less than 4Ω (such as 3Ω or 2Ω), the power amplifier chip may be overloaded in the low-frequency “explosion” state, and it will be released after about 2 seconds of silence. Mute. It is not recommended to use a load below 4Ω for low-frequency scene applications.
- High-level audio signal power-on is only suitable for the situation where the head amplifier has a DC bias of >4.5V when the power-on is static. It is not suitable for occasions where there is always a DC bias output after the head unit is turned off, or where there is no bias output when the car is turned on.
- Please configure the ACC power-on or high-level power-on reasonably. If the configuration is unreasonable, the DSP power amplifier may be in the power-on state after the head of the car is turned off, resulting in a large standby current and shocking sound when switching on and off.
- REMO output, there will be output only after the DSP power amplifier is turned on and unmuted, and the output will be cut off when the DSP power amplifier is muted when the power is turned off. The output capacity of REMO is limited, so it should not be used to drive other loads.
- When installing the power amplifier, there must be no obstacles blocking the heat dissipation port of the product, otherwise, long-term use may affect the life of the product.
- For low-level input, if the ground of the RAC terminal is in contact with the DSP power amplifier shell, “aircraft sound” may be introduced, please replace the RCA wire.
