Product Overview
The AV to HDMI Converter Board is designed for professional video transmission, UAV, COFDM, FPV, industrial monitoring, and embedded video applications.
Unlike ordinary AV to HDMI converters that stop the HDMI output or display an unwanted blue screen when the analog video signal is lost, this converter keeps the HDMI output active continuously.
By default, when the video signal becomes too weak to display a normal image, the screen turns black while the on-screen timestamp continues running. This allows operators to confirm that the converter and HDMI connection are still functioning normally.
Custom firmware is also available. According to customer requirements, the no-signal display can be customized to show:
- Static noise (snow effect)
- Black screen
- Blue screen
- Company logo
- Warning message (such as “Video Signal Lost”)
- Custom OSD information
- Other display modes upon request
This makes the converter suitable for OEM and system integration projects requiring specific no-signal behavior.
