FAQs
No, it does not have the Hebrew OSD menu. But it supports Hebrew TV channels and we have sold them to the Israel market for many years.
Now the OSD menu of the DVB-T267 (two antennae) and DVB-T269 (one antenna) supports the following languages: English, Czech, Danish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, and Swedish.
H.264 model Vcan1739 (two antennae) and DVB-T24 (four antennae) support the Hebrew OSD menu.

Please check the Page Two of the users manual.
There are connection diagrams of the digital tv box in the car.

Support.
Another is by hardware decoding audio Dolby.V1.2 (main chipset model is MSA3Z173Z-Z00-DA0)

Sure.
Please send us your starting logo picture to us, and we will try to make an upgrade firmware for you, then you can upgrade and get your own brand logo with the TV box.
The default starting logo is a car.

Two antennas are glued to the car windshield, preferably one horizontal and one vertical, or one is front glass, and another is back glass, try to make the TV box receive TV signals at a larger range, to avoid trees or buildings near the car blocking the TV signal.
- DVB-T267 support DVB-T, DVB-T2, H 264, H 265, Dolby, that means it is suitable for any adopted DVB digital tv standards countries.
- The extension line of the antenna is 5 meters by default, and we can also make it 7 meters or 10 meters.
In fact, we don't recommend that you use the longer extension line of the antenna than you really need. - First, the antenna wire is very long, which is not beautiful in the car.
- Second, if the antenna wire is too long, it will increase the impedance of the signal and reduce the signal sensitivity.

- We have some customers from Poland who bought this dual antenna digital TV box. Their feedback is that the test and use are very well in Poland, with no problems at all.
- We also have an upgrade that supports Polish menus.
When placing an order, please note that the firmware with a Polish menu is required, and we can also set the program with the default Polish menu. - In-car DVB-T2 upgrade firmware for Polish.
Please check the below picture of the digital TV remote controls, and tell us which model you prefer.

Here is the remote control IR code for the A model.

Question: In Germany we have a lot of Channels HD but PayTV. I would buy a USB Stick Subscription for these channels.
Answer: Sorry, we don't have those products. We produced the in-car DVB-T TV box (DVB-T3000CI) with a Prepaid CI card many years ago. Now it can not support Germany's latest DVB-T2 digital TV standards.

One Antenna model is DVB-T269, Two Antenna model is DVB-T267. Both available according to your need.
Yes, it support DVB-T, DVB-T2, H264 and H265, For Israel Finland, DVB-T267 two antenna model is recommended.
Yes. Please check the details at the below picture.

The serial port control nobody used before. Most professional buyers use the IR control code.
If you want it to be controlled by serial control, please tell us what commands you need, and we can add them to the firmware. If you need some commands is okay, for example, auto search channel, next channel, previous channel.
Each upgrade software contains a specific remote control code.
Different products or the same product shipped at different times. The remote control code may be different. If you upgrade the software without confirmation, it may cause the remote control to fail.
If there is no way to solve it by upgrading, you can only replace the program IC on the circuit board. Please see the picture below, the red arrow is the 8-pin program IC. If you are willing to pay for the shipping, I can provide it to you for free.

It does not support it . Only standard DVB-T DVB-T2 TV channel frequencies.

Q: Can your DVB-T receiver work at 410 MHz?
A: Standard DVB-T broadcast receivers usually cannot operate at 410 MHz, because 410 MHz is not within the standard DVB-T frequency range.
Most receivers can only search standard broadcast channels (e.g., CH1, CH2, etc.) through automatic or manual scan, and do not allow direct manual frequency input.
Only customized DVB-T or COFDM receivers with special software support can manually input non-standard frequencies such as 410 MHz.
If your application requires operation at 410 MHz, please contact us for a custom COFDM receiver solution that supports manual frequency tuning.
Q: Does this in-car DVB-T2 H.265 set-top box support UART serial control (e.g., Power On/Off, Channel Up/Down, Auto Scan, Mute, Volume Control)? What are the UART baud rate and voltage level (3.3V or 5V TTL)? Is there a protocol document available?
A: Thank you for your inquiry. This model is a standard European DVB-T2 dual-antenna digital TV receiver and does not support UART serial control. Therefore, functions such as Power On/Off, Channel switching, Auto Scan, Mute, and Volume control via serial commands are not available. As a result, UART baud rate, voltage levels (3.3V or 5V TTL), and protocol documentation are not applicable for this product.
However, we do offer another product based on COFDM technology (similar to DVB-T), which does support UART control commands including Power On/Off, Channel Up/Down, Auto Scan, Mute, and Volume adjustment. Please note that this product is designed as a receiver for COFDM wireless video transmission systems, rather than a standard digital TV receiver.

The signal’s stability is quite impressive, showcasing remarkable consistency and reliability. The dual diversity antennas are incredibly effective, eliminating signal drops whether you are in rural areas or driving at high speeds. At last, a car TV receiver has been invented that provides reliable reception even on the often-challenging conditions of highway driving.
