FAQ
Q1: How much would a 640×512 resolution thermal imaging camera module with USB output for Raspberry Pi cost?
A1: Please contact us for the latest cost.
Q1-1: I need its manual, software, and instructions for programming and use.
A1-1: I will ask the engineer to reply you.
Q2: Where can I find the default RTSP streaming address for the player?
A2: rtsp://admin:123456@192.168.0.168:556/stream_0
They are composite stream, visible light camera feed and separate thermal imaging camera rtsp address. rtsp://IP:554/live0; 555/live0; 556/live0
554 is light + thermal, 555 is light only, 556 is thermal only
Q3: I can’t get a separate thermal imaging video stream, can I get a software upgrade?mal imaging video stream. Can you upgrade the software for me?
A3: V1.2.2 upgrade firmware.

Q4: Is a USB video output possible on a Raspberry Pi without using the Ethernet port?
A4: Yes, the default video output is RJ45 ethernet port. Unplugging the converter board, then thermal camera provides a USB video output.
The default ports for the thermal imaging and daily light cameras are Ethernet ports. You can unplug the thermal imaging camera from the board and turn it into a separate USB port. But the original daily light camera cannot work alone. Unless you plug the thermal imaging camera in again.
