frequency up converter and a down converter

 I need a frequency up converter and a down converter.

frequency up converter features will be as follows:
The up converter,UHF band from 400 to 600 MHz up to the frequency range from 4400 to 4600 MHz
LO frequency: 4000 MHZ
12 Volt DC
input connector: F FEMALE 75 ohm
Output Connector: N Female 50 OHM

My applications are Multichannel Multi-point Distribution Systems
(MMDS) using QPSK modulation and DVB-T or DVB-C systems. The output power of 20 mW.

frequency Down converter features will be as follows :
Down converter frequency range 4400 to 4600 MHz. The standard IF range is 400 to 600 MHz.
LO frequency: 4000 MHZ
12 Volt DC
Gain @ typ. 38 dB
Maximum input power : 1 mW (0dBm)
input connector: N FEMALE 50 ohm
Output Connector : F Female 75 OHM via power supply 12 volt

My applications are Multichannel Multi-point Distribution Systems
