FAQ
Q: Why does my RTSP connection stop working when AES encryption and a password are enabled, and how can I fix it?
A: Some firmware versions of our COFDM HDMI wireless video receivers do not support RTSP server functionality with AES decryption. To resolve this, please provide the following information about your device:
- Clear photos of the hardware.
- The firmware version (readable from the LCD configuration panel).
- The software version currently in use.
Once we have these details, we can provide the correct firmware upgrade so that RTSP works properly with AES encryption. After receiving the upgrade instructions, you will be guided step by step to update your device.
