Q. Does the Dual-Spectrum Thermal Imaging Camera support UDP protocol video output?
A: Currently, our dual-spectrum thermal imaging camera supports RTSP (Real-Time Streaming Protocol) video output for network video transmission and remote viewing applications.
At this time, UDP video stream output is not supported as a standalone output protocol. The camera’s network video interface is designed to provide RTSP streaming, which can be integrated with many standard video management systems, media players, and third-party software platforms.
Q1: Is this a thermal measurement camera?
This camera platform supports thermal measurement functions, including temperature monitoring and high-temperature alarms.
For projects requiring only thermal imaging without measurement, firmware can be customized.
Q2: Does the camera support night vision?
Yes. The infrared thermal camera works day and night and does not require visible light illumination.
Q3: What is the thermal camera viewing angle?
The ultra-wide version uses a 4mm thermal lens with approximately 110°–120° field of view.
A 9mm lens provides approximately 40°–50° field of view.
Q4: Does it support PoE?
Yes. The camera supports Ethernet output and PoE power supply.
Q5: Can you customize the thermal camera?
Yes. We provide OEM thermal camera customization including hardware, lens, enclosure, firmware, and interface.
Q6: Can electronic image stabilization be added?
Electronic stabilization requires hardware structure optimization and sensor mounting design changes. It is not available in the current standard version.
