2W 5W watt PA power amplifier for cofdm transmission 1400Mhz 1.4Ghz
My modulator is continuous transmission at 1.4Ghz, so I need COFDM power amplifier, not TDD PA. The modulation is QPSK QAM single carrier continuous.
My transmitter is based on ad9361, so you know how much power it can give to the amplifier. Bandwidth can go up to 40mhz. 1400±20, we also can make 1400±50 for you.
