How to choose the Manet Radio Default configuration
Our MANET radio can be configured in two different ways depending on the customer’s priority: high data rate or strong anti-interference.
-
Single band configuration (566–678 MHz or 1420–1530 MHz):
In this mode, the radio uses only one band. It can achieve the maximum throughput of 100 Mbps (50+50 Mbps up/down). This option is best if the main requirement is high speed. -
Dual band configuration (566–678 MHz and 1420–1530 MHz):
In this mode, the radio supports cross-band frequency hopping. If one band suffers interference, the system automatically switches to the other band. This provides stronger anti-jamming performance, but the maximum data rate is limited to 50 Mbps.
In short:
-
Choose single band → up to 100 Mbps, best for high data rate.
-
Choose dual band → up to 50 Mbps, best for reliability and interference resistance.

FAQ
Q: I have a 6S battery. What happens if the voltage drops below 24V?
A: Our PA system is designed to operate optimally with a supply voltage of 24–28V. A 6S battery can power the system and work normally, but as the battery discharges, the voltage may sag. If it drops below 24V, you may notice reduced output performance and shorter range, though the system will still function.
To ensure stable and consistent operation, we recommend using a 7S battery, which provides a higher voltage margin and minimizes performance issues caused by voltage sag. Always monitor your battery voltage during use to maintain optimal PA performance.
A “6S” battery refers to 6 cells connected in series, so the total voltage is 6 × the voltage of a single cell.
- Nominal voltage: 6 × 3.7V = 22.2V
- Fully charged voltage: 6 × 4.2V = 25.2V
- Minimum discharge voltage: 6 × 3.0V = 18.0V
Therefore, a 6S battery has a nominal voltage of 22.2V, and a fully charged voltage of up to 25.2V.
