Considering the number of drones in the air, which can be increased or decreased according to the mission, we recommend the use of IP MESH self-organizing network solution. It does not need to set up a fixed relay drone. If any drone in the same network fails or is damaged, it will not affect the existing equipment to continue to maintain network connectivity. Any drone can play the role of a relay drone. It plays the role of relay for the communication between the remote nodes and the ground control station.

Above solution is based on the fact that the sub-drones also need to transmit their own videos to the ground control station through the same network. If the sub-drone videos do not need to be transmitted to the ground control station, then digital transmission can be used from the mother drone to the sub-drone, rather than the integrated digital and video device.
