4. Why is there no main sound/secondary sound setting option in the menu of this ISDB-T TV box?

Şu anda, the menu only has left sound, right sound, and stereo settings.
One client reported that some TV channel programs use the main sound and the secondary sound together.
There is no choice between the main sound and the secondary sound, so the secondary sound cannot be stopped.
Can you check the firmware or software?
We suspect that the default setting of this product has main sound + secondary sound.
If so, should I switch to a separate main sound setting? Maybe change the settings in the factory mode?
