Hi, I wanted to inform you that 1 month ago I had your terrestrial digital installed by 1 professional in this industry, and after 1 month it stopped working, it no longer lights up, how can I solve this?
1. There are two ways of power supply, please try to check another power in. Për shembull, please use the home power adapter (12V 2A) to test.
2. Please check the fuse on the yellow cable, if it is burned, please change it.
