1. There are two ways of power supply, please try to check another power in. Mwachitsanzo, please use the home power adapter (12V 2A) to test.
2. Please check the fuse on the yellow cable, if it is burned, please change it.
3. Please show us your power connection picture, maybe our engineer will find the reason or offer some suggestions.
