FAQs
1. Our 4-antenna terrestrial digital ISDB-T TV box has a card reader for a mini b-CAS card, but it does not come with this mini-bcas card.
2. Users need to purchase in the Japanese market by themselves. Just like mobile phone manufacturers selling mobile phones, they cannot produce and sell SIM cards from other countries together. You need to buy it in the local country or dealer.
3. If you do not have a mini b-CAS card, you can still watch TV programs. The resolution of the TV screen is only standard definition 720p. If you insert a mini b-CAS card, the resolution of the TV screen is 1080p high definition.
4. In addition to Japan, other countries that adopt the ISDB-T standard can watch standard-definition and high-definition TV programs without inserting any card.

Currently, the menu only has left sound, right sound, and stereo settings.
One client reported that some TV channel programs use the main sound and the secondary sound together.
There is no choice between the main sound and the secondary sound, so the secondary sound cannot be stopped.
Can you check the firmware or software?
We suspect that the default setting of this product has main sound + secondary sound.
If so, should I switch to a separate main sound setting? Maybe change the settings in the factory mode?
pane: Depending on the TV Channel program, if there is a channel with the main sound/secondary sound. The menu will display the option to switch between the main and secondary sounds.
